How to Notate Absences Away in Online ILR Application?

Hi guys,

I am eligible for ILR this November. I've started filling out the basic information on the online app, and have no come to the section on absences. I've not been away from the UK for 180 days in the application period but I travel frequently for work (even 24 hour trips) abroad so there have been many (hundreds) in the last 5 years. The online application ask you to fill out the country you visited and dates of exit and entry. However there seems to only be a way to do this one by one. Do they really want me to submit the page 200+ times? Is there not a more efficient way of doing this, like uploading an Excel sheet or designing the page in such a way to be able to input multiple absences at once)? I feel like I'm missing something obvious here. Or am I really going to have to do the enter-save-submit-refresh page route hundreds of times?

If I am correct the online form only allows to enter 30 entries. Rest of them you can include on a separate sheet or cover letter.

Note: The departure date and the entry date do not count towards absence. So any trip less than 24hrs is not counted and need not to be included.

For example: You left UK on 20th August and returned on 21st August is not an absence. You dont have to include this trip.

If you left UK on 20th August and returned on 23rd August... Absence is only 2 days. You will include this trip.

Thank you so much - I have done many 24 hour trips, or day trips to Paris for example, so I'm glad I don't have to include these!! I will see if I can find a template for the remaining entries.
