Hi,

I am wondering anyone can help...

My first marriage visa started from 2014.10.14. Then i renewed it on 2017.04.10 and expires on 2019.10.10.

I submitted my online form today (2019.09.09)and booked for the appointment service on 2019.10.01.

I just realized I may have applied too early as some of my friends said I can only submit and pay the application within 28 days before the full 5 years married visa?

5 years will start from the date you entered the UK unless you switched in to it from inside the UK then it will start from the visa issuance date. If you havent yet qualified for ILR then may withdraw the application and then apply later. Date of online submission of application is the date of application.

I switched from a student visa at 2014.10.10.

If the online submition day is the date for 28 days, I have to withdraw the application and do another one later.

8 days to qualifying period.
No need to withdraw.
You need to be eligible on the day of decision.
