Ancestry - ILR - Waiting For Unabridged BC

Dear immigration community,

I am writing to ask for some commentary/advice with the following issue regarding my ILR application:

Status: Ancestral Visa (Granted without UK born grandparent but UK ancestry shown to Great Great Grandparents all uk born - I have about 4 UK family members UK born BCs)
My brother, Father and Grandfather are all naturalised and I enjoy family life here with them.

Application: for ILR

Questions:
1. Would I have an issue now applying for my ILR after having been granted an Ancestral visa considering I do not have a UK born Grandparent?

2. I have a copy of my unabridged birth certificate which I have included in my application but not the original which could take up to 6 weeks (I have already applied for it in South Africa)

3. I paid the £35 for doc checking with Sopra Steria, when do they check the docs?

Many thanks, ,my fingers are crossed my original unabridged BC will arrive in 2 weeks.

Please can someone help, apologies if I have not followed the correct procedure-- happy to move this elsewhere?
