Hi Experts,

My Wife is Under "ILR Dependent" Visa category from 2015.

First Entry to UK --> Tier 1 Dependent 22 March 2015
Converted To ILR dependent --> 07 August 2015

ILR Dependent Extension on --> 09 February 2018
Valid untill --> 04-September-2020

She is eligible to apply for ILR in August 2020.

Could one of you explain what is the 180 days rules that is applicable in this case?

One of my friend suggested that 180 days is not applicable for "ILR Dependent" visa category holders who got in 2015.

is this true.

The 180 days absence is NOT relevant to FLR M spouse visa holders.
