Tier 1 entrepreneur ILR query

Hello gurus,
I am going to apply my ILR ( five year route) this week.
I have a quick question that new update of home office 28th March says that you need to send overview of business activity and directors roles and how to implement the business plan.My question is
Do we really need to send business activity and directors job description in ILR stage ?
Or it is only for extension stage ?
