Hi team

Can some one please clarify me on this following question ASAP will be really helpful

Q1. I had CCJ in 2011 when I was on student visa and I 'm on Tier 2 general from 2014 then do I need to mentioned about the CCJ on application ?
If yes then what should I fill for the following question on application
What was the court judgment?

Q2. I have updated my passport recently - To update the form I have to choose the place of birth city with state and now on new passport I have City , State name but on BRP have only the City name because it was generated on Old passport which have only CIty name --------------- will be issue for ILR processing ?

A CCJ older than 6 years is wiped from the official records. They have no effect on ILR
Just enter the city

At any time have you ever had any of the following, in the UK or in another country?

And the options we have -
A criminal conviction
A penalty for a driving offence, for example disqualification for speeding or no motor insurance
An arrest or charge for which you are currently on, or awaiting trial
A caution, warning, reprimand or other penalty
A civil court judgment against you, for example for non payment of debt, bankruptcy proceedings or anti-social behaviour
A civil penalty issued under UK immigration law

CR001 - do you have any idea on the above issue please?

It is this one, but as zimba has already said, it should not affect your ILR but you do need to declare it. Presumably you paid the debt off that the CCJ was for??

Yah It was paid immediately when I heard from university, I haven't been to the court as well in this case what should answer for the following question on SET O form

What was the court judgment?

The answer: CCJ issued
