I hope you all are doing well.
I came in UK Oct 2010 (on student visa), in 2014 I have switched visa to Tier 2, In 2017 switched my visa, as a EEA family member (got 5 yrs resident permit) on behalf of my dad (German national). So by Oct 2020 i will complete my 10 yrs so am I eligible for 10 yrs route?

Question 2:- After getting pre- settled status still EU nationals have exercising their treaty rights?

When did your Tier 2 visa expire and when was the EU permit card issued ?
You can only get ILR under long residence if you can show your father has exercised treaty rights in the UK.
If you get ILR, then the pre-settled status is irrelevant otherwise you may choose to go via the EU settlement scheme.
