Hello Everyone,

I am on TIER 2 (ICT)

TIER 2 (ICT) ESTABLISHED STAFF: FROM : 15 APR 2010 (3 Years) [Travelled to UK on 27th April 2010]
1st Extension : T2 ICT LONG TERM LEAVE TO REMAIN VALID UNITIL : 20 APR 2015 (2 Years)
2nd Extension : T2 ICT LONG TERM LEAVE TO REMAIN VALID UNITIL : 13 MAR 2018 (3 Years)
3rd Extension : T2 ICT LONG TERM LEAVE TO REMAIN VALID UNITIL : 27 MAR 2020 (2 Years)

So I am asking for help/guidance from everyone as I am not sure , if I file for extension now in Dec 2017 (it will take 8 weeks to process) from my company they said ;I will get 2 years extension but I am not sure what will be the end date ?

So I am asking for advice for "Date" for filing my ILR  as I am not sure when I am eligible to file for ILR on 10 years route?

Should I consider my start date 15 APR 2010 (Visa Stamping) or 27th April 2010 (Travel Date to UK)

Also if you can share me link so I can check cost for filing ILR and other mandatory documents required?

My sincere apologies if my question or any similar question has been already answered but request if any expert advice can be given or any friendly solicitor in this case, Please.

You were already advised in 2018 that long residence ilr starts counting from the date you entered the UK and not the date your visa was initially granted. Nothing has changed in the rules.

I can see its coming as March 30, 2020 for 28 days before 27th April 2020 (I checked on https://www.calendar-12.com/date_add_days)

Does it means I will need another extension from my company ? As my BRP end date is 27 Mar 2020 ?
