Need help ILR application

Dear respected experts,
i need your help please,
I have made SET(LR) application last Monday and have my bio metric next Tuesday, therefore i still have time to upload additional document.
Question: during my 10 year long residency, i have once received 60 days letter from UKBA because my college license was cancelled. now do i need to upload this letter in the UKVCAS as an additional document or not, i am really confused on should i add this or not, on the one had i worry if it will complicate the case worker and on the other i feel like this would affect the decision making.
Gurus please help me, what should i do, should i upload it or not, does it make any difference.
