Salary vs Application check

All

For my wife's ILR, I had put in her application that my salary was £75500 (I am sponsoring) which is £70000 base plus £5500 car allowance.
However when I got my employer confirmation letter, it states £70000 as my base salary. I have the £5500 in my contract (signed by myself and employer) as an annual allowance and providing the contract as well for verification.

I have written a letter explaining that the application says £75500, but there will be a difference as £70000 is the base pay and £5500 is the allowance. Can you please advise if thats acceptable or is it going to be an issue as I cant go and change my application now?

you should be fine with the with an explanation cover letter. Moreover, you exceed the 18600 minimum requirement if its SET M and hence you should be fine.

Thanks Konzo - definitely providing the letter, but wanted to confirm to ensure I wouldnt be required to provide more documents.

Appreciate the quick response on this.
