Mistakes on document

There are mistakes on my form
Like I met my husband in 2014 October and it’s supposed to be2013
I filled in my old English test yet in have a new one
And I have been getting child benefits didn’t know wasn’t supposed to,because my bometric has no public funds
Is this a refusal?
Help can anyone give me some advice..

What is your visa category?
Have you attended your biometrics appointment?

In my name.just found out today that they should be in my husband name

If you have not yet attended the biometrics, you can print the form, manually edit the errors, add a cover letter and upload with all your documents.
If the child benefits are in your husbands name it will have no affect on your ILR.
If they are on your name? Wait for further advice from someone else.

In sorting out all the documents from my wife's ILR(M) and calculating our income, I have noticed minor errors in the actual incomes over the past 12 months to the figures in the application form.
My wife's income £880 less than on the form but mine is £3,502 more. Our combined income is several times over the income threshold required.
Is it worth applying your advice below in this case - to print the form and manually edit it and add a cover letter and upload those? Would that suffice?

Yes you can do that before you attend the biometrics. Just upload a cover letter and edited pages with your documents. Also, if you have any further questions, please start a new topic of your own as this is someones else’s thread.

Hi,
I withdrew my form because was answered incorrect by my lawyer and did another one .
My lawyer asked for a refund .
If refunded does HO refund directly to account or do they send check in the post?

Why did you withdraw it? Your previous topic states your visa already expired??

It had several mistakes on it like wrong year when I met my husband meaning we got married then met,the English test was the wrong one was not B1,she put I don’t have a child as I mentioned in previous topic I do, when I called HO the said the mistakes were a lot would be better off doing another form.so I did.my visa expires on 6th and my biometrics are on the 8th

Got a letter from home office today ,say the withdrawal date is 1st October no mention about refund what do I do from here
