Is this the correct way to document absences?

Hi all, I am applying on October 18, 2019. I have compiled my absences over the last 5 years in an excel table as shown. Is this sufficient? Do I need to elaborate on what business / what personal travel it was? Do I need to specify which periods I was working remotely (employer is confirming this is acceptable in the cover letter)? The number of days calculated is minus the entry and exit date. I have a separate sheet for each year, the image below is just one example:

These are the number of absent days I have over the last 5 years

Year 1: 55
Year 2: 58
Year 3: 87
Year 4: 74
Year 5: 56
