Queries about set p refugee settlement

Hi everyone,
I am due to apply in November but I have few questions. 1- I was on tier5 back in 2013. I applied for asylum before my leave expired. Would that affects my settlement?
2- I have two refused applications to this UK one and another for Belgium . Would that affect my application?
Please if you have some insight will be very appreciated! And if there’s anyone had the same issue please let me know what to disclose in my application. Thanks
