hi all. I am new to this immigration board. my question is does HO check the previous employment history at the time of ILR long residency application. in 2012 I was student but I was free from studies for 7 months and I did work full time but wen I checked my record with HMRC it doesn't show the record on monthly basis but it shows on yearly basis. can it be a problem for me. can anyonr remove my confusion plz

Yes they will. If did not have the right to work at that time, you breached the conditions of your student visa and your long residence ILR could be refused
