Do I have to wait for a full-month salary before applying ILR?

Hi All,
I have justed moved to my company the mid of October 2019 and I can apply for an ILR now. Since I don't work full month for October, my salary should be half. In this case, can I still apply for an ILR or should I wait to apply after the end of November so that I have my full month salary going to my bank account?
