HI,

My wife will be eligible for ILR by Feb 2021.

Current she is on PBS Dependent. I am on ILR.

I would like to know couple of things in advance to prepare for her ILR.

1. Is there any financial requirement like minimum balance maintained on Bank account?
2. Can she not leave UK for more than 90 days between Feb 2020 to Feb 2021?
3. I have cohabitation proof for last 2 years.
4. She will have her English language test and Life in the UK test done by that time.
5. Is there anything I need to consider?

It may look little advance, but I wanted to be sure.

2. There is no '90 days' limit. Where did you get this idea??

3. Fine, they be in both your names.

5. Check the requirements nearer the time. Impossible to say if anything will change by then.
