Hello,

I've got my ILR in 2017 and British Citizenship in 2018.

I'm in the process of applying ILR for my wife who is on PBS dependant(Tier 2) visa.

Visa issued - 16-Dec-2014
Date of entry in UK - 24-Feb-2015

a.) Is she eligible to apply for ILR now? or is 28 days prior to 24-Feb-2020
b.) I'm assuming we have to use Set (O). But I saw a section asking me to fill the main Applicant immigration status though I've mentioned that I'm a British Citizen.

Which visa is Mr XXX applying for or been granted?
Do you have one of these reference numbers for Mr XXX?
. Yes, I have their VAF number
. Yes, I have their GWF number
. No, I do not have a reference number for them

In the next section it's asking for the Mr. XXX sponsor license number. My last sponsor has cancelled his license. I'm not sure how to proceed further.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Vijay

Did you get ILR based on 5 years Tier 2??

She could have applied within 28 days before 16th December.
b.) I'm assuming we have to use Set (O). But I saw a section asking me to fill the main Applicant immigration status though I've mentioned that I'm a British Citizen.
Yes it is Set(O).

It is your last tier 2 sponsor information the form asks for.

Yes, I got ILR based on 5-year Tier-2 route.

I've read in couple of other posts that the 5-year eligibility criteria is different for the main applicant and the dependants.

The main applicant can apply 28 days prior to the first visa issued date and for the dependants it is 28 days prior to the date of entry to UK.

On the last question regarding the sponsor license number:
Because my last sponsor has cancelled his license, the license number that I enter is not being validated. How should I handle this situation?

No it is not. If you are reading old posts from before 2018, then yes the requirements were different.
The main applicant can apply 28 days prior to the first visa issued date and for the dependants it is 28 days prior to the date of entry to UK.
It changed in January last year for dependents to visa ISSUE date.

No idea.

The sponsor license number field is not a mandatory field.

Many thanks for answering the questions.
