I came to UK IN 2014 on dependant visa Tier1(General) for 2.5 years, then
time my husband was Indian citizen, later on in 2016 my husband got
British nationality and I applied for extension in 2016 and my application
got rejected and then we reapplied the application and I got another 2.5
years extension as leave to remain as spouse, later in 2019 I again got the
extension for another 2.5 years and now in 2021 I will get my ILR, as per
rules I need to stay for 5 years in UK under spouse visa but I already
finished my 5 years, yet I got extension, do I am not authorised yet to get
ILR, do I need to stay for another 2 years or can I apply it now as well as
my husband told me that your category has changed now, he was IndIan then
and now he is britisher. Lastly do I need his documentation for ILR or I
can apply independently.
