ILR Application Tier 1 E 200K - PRC issue

Dear Members and Moderators

I'm going to apply for ILR (Route: Tier 1 E 200K) mid March 2020.
Here is my issue: I travelled to my home country in November 2019 and got my new passport, as the previous one expired last year. I just realised that I must have reported this change of circumstance to OVRO (within 7-Days which is obviously missed), but they are not accepting walk-ins anymore, earliest appointment is on 20th April.

Do I have to wait until I get this change amended on 20/04 and then submit the application, or can I proceed with the application, and once I got the new entry on PRC, then send it to Home Office?

Please kindly share your valuable thoughts

Thank you

I suggest to ignore it and apply. It is minor issue

Dear Zimba

Thanks for your input. If I proceed, do you think I have to add a note in covering letter and explain that I'm waiting for the appointment with OVRO and attach a copy of my appointment, or do you think it's better that I don't mention or attach anything at all?

Thanks again for helping me with this query

Thanks for your comments indeed.

I was looking to the documents checklist guide by CULLINAN, where the following is mentioned:

4) (CT41G or CT603) AND CT600 (latest is the best if possible)

Does the CT603 only suffice? I hadn't attached CT600 to my extension application (only sent CT603) two years ago, and didn't know that it might be a requirement instead for ILR application? Would appreciate if respected members and gurus can shed some light.

CT600 will be enough

Thanks, I only have the CT603 to hand at the moment (I kept them carefully each year as I knew I needed them for my application). Could you please let me know if CT603 only can be enough?

I suggest CT600 as it is the proof of filing for CT. CT603 is simply a notification sent off to all business.

Thanks Zimba that makes sense, I'll proceed with CT600.

Another question is about job creation. I have two full time jobs, for one of them, hours paid per month are as follows:

January 2019: 134 Hr [start date: 07/01/2019]
February 2019: 132.5 Hr
March 2019: 46 Hr
April 2019: -
May 2019: 133 Hr
June 2019: 132.5 Hr
July 2019: 140 Hr
August 2019: 136 Hr
September 2019: 131 Hr
October 2019: 139 Hr
November 2019: 135 Hr
December 2019: 133 Hr
January 2020: 144 Hr
February 2019: 134.5 Hr

Could respected members and gurus share their thoughts with me regarding to the monthly hour break-down please? Employee has started 7th of January, and worked till 8th of March, then off and hence unpaid until end of April and back to work as normal in May. I'm not quite sure if this satisfies the 12-months requirement.

I'm really sorry to post again, I just wonder if there is any comment on the job creation question above ..

Monthly hours worked is not important. When an employee worked less than 30 hours a week, that worker is NOT full time.

Dear Zimba

Thanks, but I don't get your point, do you mean this employment is not full time and won't qualify for job creation?

You need 52 weeks of full time employment, each week must be min 30 hours. Work does not need to be continuous. I said count the weeks ignore the months :!:

Thank you dear Zimba. My issue is exactly with counting the weeks: I cannot become a hundred per cent sure that I'm counting them correctly and this is why I have listed RTI and payslip figures so that other people can help me. If you guys can see it as 52 weeks worth of full time employment, that's great, but if you believe there is something wrong about it, then it will be a lot helpful to let me know as I may apply a month later by attaching additional one month payslip ..

30 hours a week for 52 weeks that is 1560 hours/year

Dont confuse yourself. If you pay monthly, count the months that have 130hours or more.
12*130= 1560 hours

Both jobs should have existed for 12 months each min 30 hours a week or 130hrs a month not necessarily continuous but after extension time.

Thanks so much for the replies. I'm just wondering if you could share your take on the actual RTI numbers as to whether, in your opinion, it's sufficient and qualifies for one position or not? If also @marcnath could have a look to this and advise would be much appreciated.

Whats the start date in May and end date in Feb?

You just need to make sure you have 52 weeks in total between Jan 19 - March 19 and May 19 till Feb 20.

You can easily count between the dates. Each week should be at least 30 hours/week.

Thank you dear Cullinan, start date in May is 01/05/2019, and February 2020 has been for the whole month (till 29/02/2020).

Dear Members and Gurus

Please can you help me with this, do I have to pass the life test first and then complete my Set O application, or shall I complete the application, pay and get an appointment, then scan the certificate at Sopra steriat? I have no idea whether I have to submit a test reference number in my application, and I have the test coming in few weeks.

Yes as you are required to enter the details in the set o form.
or shall I complete the application, pay and get an appointment, then scan the certificate at Sopra steriat?

You need the electronic reference number etc.

thank you for the reply.

I have noticed that during the application submission, an electronic reference for Life test is not mandatory field (i. e not marked by asterisk and it doesn't generate error by leaving the test ref field empty and going to the next step). So I'm wondering if I can proceed with submitting the application, then later at the time of scanning documents I put the life test certificate within the documents and mention in the cover letter that because of corona virus pandemic, there were no Life test centre working across the UK. I'm assuming life test and visa appointments will re-start to work at a same time in the future, so by doing this I would be able to submit the application at least.

I'm not sure if anybody has done this before, so I would much much appreciate if board gurus like @Marcnath, @Zimba, and @CR00 and other respected members can comment on this. Thank you

Dear respected moderators/members

I'm in process of submission of my SET(O) application; a quick overview:

Tier 1 Entrepreneur 200K Team
Initial Visa: Jan 2015
Extension Granted: 06 2018

Could you please help with the below questions:

1. Start date as your entrepreneurial team member
is this officially the exact date of initial visa?

2. Home Office reference number(s) for the other entrepreneurial team member
Can I put other team member's BRP number?
