Hello everyone, I am posting this on behalf of my sister.

I have been in Tier 2 for 5 years and planning to apply for my ILR this April. My questions are:
-Which form should I follow to apply?
- Is my husband is also eligible to get ILR as same time with me if yes than does he need to submit different form or if not then which form should he follow to apply as my dependent?
- How many proof of addresses should we submit altogether?
-Should I include my daughter with the application who was born here but does not have any passport yet?

I would highly appreciate your advice and suggestion.

Thank You so much for your quick and kind reply. Her husband has been in this country together which is 5 years as dependent. So is he eligible to get ILR, if yes can they apply together?
- Could you provide details what documents they need to submit?
- Her daughter is 1 year old. Do they have to mention their daughter in application?
