Greetings!!

I am holding Tier-2 general visa and will be eligible to apply ILR in December, 2020. In my case, I have been swiched two employers. I was out of the UK for a period of about 90 days beacuse of the family concerned, and served as a remote location during this period. However, as I left my first empolyer and not in touch with them for a long time. Also, my first employer not gona provide as such document of Absence Letter.

In this case, how we can produce a letter of Absence on days outside the UK in the initial term of our first employer. Please suggest if there is any other way to ignore the first employer Absence Letter while processing ILR documentation? I appreciate your guidance!

Thank you in advance for your help.

Sameer!

If you had more than 30 days per residence year, then you need an employer letter

Thanks Zimba for your prompt reponsea

Yes, when I moved out of UK it had been more than 30 days. I traveled out of UK twice with total number days as follow (Trip-1= 85 days, Trip2= 30 days)

To be honest, my previous employer will not provide any Absence Letter, and I am bit worried what do I need to produce in this case.

Please suggest? Appreciate your guidance
