Hi All

I would like some help with my ILR ( SET M ).
My first spouse visa was in country ( 28/10/2015 till 26/05/2018) then I applied for my second extension same days service which was ( 30/04/2018 till 25/11/2020). I am confused about what date I will be eligible to apply for my ILR.
28 days before my visa expiry or when I complete my 5 years which is 28/10 and will it be 28 days before I complete my 5 years?

You can apply for ILR no sooner than within 28 days before the initial spouse visa issued date, ie 28th October 2020 minus 28 days. The latest you can apply is before visa expiry date.
