Tier 2(Gen) to ILR

Hi All,
I will be applying for ILR SET O in August 2020. Is the below details are fine?

Visa Valid From: 14/09/2015
BRP Valid Upto: 11/10/2020
Date Entered UK: 4/10/2015
SOC code:2129
Hours :40/week
Min salary requirement =36200?
My Current Salary = £38000. Do I satisfy minimum salary for ILR?
Date at which online SET(O) application can be submitted earliest (28days before 14/09/2020) = 17/08/2020??????
Life in UK test - Pass
English language – UK Naric certificate and bachelor’s degree Certificate
Employer Letter: Explaining absences and required for employment for unforeseen reasons
Any Other documents: ??????

Once I have applied ILR using standard application, I will have to extend my wife’s Tier 2 Dependent visa. Is possible to extend the dependent application while I submit my ILR application?

Could anyone confirm the 28 days rule? Also I was on paternity leave in April 2020 for a week. Does the employer will have record this in the absence letter??

You qualify within 28 days. You can apply to extend her visa while your ILR is pending
