Hello

My husband 10year ilr was rejected last year, however, we won the first tier turbiunal appeal on 13th march where judge gave oral decision in our favour
But after that we haven't received any letter from court or HO, i wanted to ask when does 14days for HO starts? We haven't received any letter it means that their 14 days haven't started yet? Are we supposed to receive decision letter?
Tbh dont wanna contact lawyer she asks for the money even for a single question

Thank you

It could take months for HO to respond. Try to contact their appeals department directly at AppealsReconsiderationRequests@homeoffice.gov.uk

Thank you for replying

Yea we will contact them but we aren't sure that should we expect a letter from court at this moment? Or is it obvious that we won the appeal and they didn't go for utt, as judge gave decision in our favour right there and then and we haven't received any any letter from court after that i mean proper decision letter

Hello
Little update!
If any one could please enlight out knowledge
So we contacted the court and email said that decision which was in our favour was sent to our case representative (which she didn't tell us)
And that was sent on 13th may, so its been clearly more than 14 days for ukba
But they didn't mention in that email that either ukba challenged in utt or not, we have contacted our solicitor and she is replying as well
So what are tne chances now of utt challange?
Please help

Hello
I have been posting alot but honestly i cant find anyother way as our lawyer isn't responding to our calls or any message and emails we are clueless
If anyone can please help
1. So we won our ilr lr appeal in march and we asked the court for update and they told us they have sent letter to our solicitor, but she isn't responding at all like even my hsb called her and she hung up the phone although we have paid like thousands when ever she said, is that possible if she ll keep our brp? What should we do now?
2. Our brp status has change, but like others it isn't saying that "no limit for work " it is saying this num isn't valid anymore although expiry of card is on 7th april 2021, should we expect that new card has been issued?

Thank you, please if anyone can give input on these issues

Changes of BRP status do not mean much, unfortunately.
If your lawyer is acting up then you must complain to their firm directly (or the seniors) and if all fails, you should file a complaint against them with Legal Ombudsman
