Thanks a lot for helping out for previous post of my friend application now i need to ask few things for myself. Any help will be appreciated

My FLR M is due to expire on 23rd or November. I will be applying for ILR.

I want to Ask how this online application works?
Can i book super priority service appointment before fill online application? ( when the service resume again)
If not can i start fill online application now?
When the process will start? Will this not be earliest then 28 days?
I have read i can apply The earliest 28 days before the current visa expires

Any help will be appreciated

No you can't. When and if it is available, it is part of the online process when you get to the payment stage.

If not can i start fill online application now?

Incomplete and non submitted applications only remain live for about 2 months then they are deleted.

When the process will start? Will this not be earliest then 28 days?

What date did you ENTER the UK on a spouse visa (not a fiance visa)??

I have read i can apply The earliest 28 days before the current visa expires

You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date you entered the UK on a spouse visa (not a fiance visa).

I have been living in UK since Feb 2011 on Student visa married in 2014 and since December 2015 i’m on spouse visa.

I can complete online application now.
Will my process will start from today?
Or after i have attended biometric appointment?
Or should i wait until end of October and submit application that time? Within 28days frame time?

You don't qualify for ILR yet and it is too early to apply. The date of application is the date you submit and pay online. You will only qualify for ILR within 28 days before the date your initial spouse visa was valid from, i.e. XX December 2020. You need 5 years residence on FLR(M) spouse visa.

Valid Until : 24-05-2018
2nd Spouse Visa issued date: 27-04-2018
Valid Until : 23-11-2020

Now please tell me what’s the earliest i can apply for ILR or which date and month i will be eligible for ILR
