Hi there
I have lots of debts i want to ask if i will go for an iva govt programme does it effect on obtaining my ilr next year

Debt is a civil issue. Only things like NHS debt will affect ILR. If you have arrangements to pay your debt, then there is no need to worry. If debt had to affect ILR, no one with a big mortgage can get ILR
