Please help me on below questions about my Family ILR applications:

First Tier 1 entrepreneur dependant visa to my family (Wife and 3 children’s) was granted on 23/11/2015

They entered UK 20th February 2016.

Their ILR qualifying period is 26th October 2020 28days before the 5th Anniversary of initial visa!

Is that right?

I am on ILR and applying for naturalising on 20th November 2020.

My family dependant visa expired on 29th May and granted 3 years extension on 11th October 2020.

Please guide me below on the options of their ILR and Naturalisation:

1. Can my wife apply ILR alone on or after 26th October 2020 OR it has to be after 23rd November 2020 OR need to apply 28 days before of their arrival day time as on 23rd January2021?

2. If my wife granted ILR in couple of months time so is there any way that I could be able to apply naturalisation of my children’s directly (born out of UK) or must apply for their ilr first?

Your dependents can apply for ilr no sooner than within 28 days before 23/11/2020, it is the date their visa was issued that starts the time.

Your children born abroad need ilr before they can apply for citizenship once you have citizenship and your wife and children have ilr.
