When to apply for spouse visa and UK born children citizenship registration

Dear members,

Currently, I am holding a T1E visa. And my wife and children are my dependants.

I am applying for SET(ILR) 10 year route. I haven't applied for spouse visa and dependant visa for them yet. Can I register my children as a British citizen after I received my ILR for my UK born children? And apply for spouse visa for my wife after I received my ILR as well?

Your guide is much appreciated

I just realised I posted the spouse visa question before. So I posted the same question to my previous post and tried to delete the current post. Sorry for the duplication

Yes

The other question is already answered in your previous thread.

I thought person has to have valid ILR at the time when kids are born in the UK, in order for them to be eligible for British citizenship. In this case it sounds like there is no ILR status granted yet.

Your understanding is not correct. Please do not tag your questions onto other member’s posts as this causes confusion. Any child born in UK after one of the parent(s) has ILR is automatically born British, otherwise UK born child who was born before any parent was settled needs to be registered as BC after any parent is settled first.

Apologies. I didn't mean to confuse anyone.
