Declare Rejected visa - ILR Application

Hi all,
I'm filling the ILR application and came across this question regarding declaring rejected visas.
I've applied to a Tier 4 visa long time ago and it was rejected, however I applied for Admin review and it was accepted, does this need to be declared as a rejected visa or is it irrelevant?
