ILR SET O Query

I have a query for my friend.
He is on ILR since 2018.
He is claiming child benefits for his children since then.
His wife (dependant) is now applying for ILR SETO.
In the application, there is a question : " Do you or anyone else who is part of this application receive any public funds?"
Can anyone confirm what shall be the answer for this.
