When to Escalate

Hi All. If we have applied under SET (M) on 11/8/2020 and still have no answer. When can we really escalate with Home Office? Its over 5 months now. If we can escalate what is the process? is there any email address of home office.

You can do this in the 6th month. Check the UKVI enquiry service, application from within UK contact to start the process of escalation when the time comes.
