Absence of entry stamp on Nigerian passport

Hello everyone,

Please accept my apology if this is the wrong thread.

I came to the UK in 2010 and applied for my ILR in October last year (2/10/2020). I haven't received a response.

In 2012 I travelled to Nigeria with an Emergency Travel Certificate because my passport was unavailable. Hence when I entered Nigeria my passport wasn't stamped. I got my passport sent when I was in Nigeria and was able to fly back into the UK with it so it was stamped on entry back to the UK. My question is will the absence of stamp for entry into Nigeria in 2012 affect my ILR application even though I have not stayed more than 180 days outside UK in the 10 years I have been in the UK. Will the Home Office know when I left the UK and returned or they will go by the date I put in my application? I did not include the Emergency Travel Certificate as I don't have any copies and the original was collected by Nigerian Immigration.

Secondly I took an extra job in September of 2020 doing Covid 19 testing in addition to the job sponsoring my Tier 2 visa and later realised the second job had exceeded the 20 hrs per week limit set by Home Office. I resigned immediately but realised that my still reflect in my application when my taxes are being calculated. Will that also affecty my application?

Many thanks.

UKVI has access to exit records from Stupid. The second job may or may not be a problem. This is up to UKVI to decide
