PSW to ILR - 10 year route

Hi,
Could you please let me know if the time spent on student route (1 year) and PSW (2 years) be counted towards 10 year route settlement?

All visas count for long residence ilr.

Thanks for clarification. So, home office announcement that psw won't lead to settlement would mean about 5 year route?
