ILR already 7 months pending. Options?

Hi,
In short, my ILR application has been almost 7 months now with UKVI. Unfortunately, with that stupid IDV app. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what I can do?
Currently:
- my solicitor is emailing “some contact” to no avail. We don’t even know my caseworker.
- I’ve raised with my MP but the MP said UKVI takes 20 working days to reply
- I’ve called UKVI help line, and they said they have a backlog (trained to give that stupid response).
