It depends on which kind of application. Have a look at the appropriate timeline where people post their experiences:

Set(LR)

e.g. Set (M), non-priority, have a service standard of 6 months for straightforward cases according to UKV&I. Currently, people have been reporting decisions on average 5 months 10 days after applying.
