Hello my husband got ILR in march 2020 after tier 2 general. I wasnt eligible for ILR until september 2020 so I got myself PBS dependent leave to remain until 2023. My husband started claiming for childcare benefits like tax free childcare after he got his ILR. I am planning to apply for ILR now. Will it be an issue in my application due to claiming childcare benefits which is a public funds. I dont claim any benefits for myself. Can someone please advise?

Hello,
My husband was on general tier 2 and got his ILR last year march 2020. I wasnt eligibile until sep 2020, so I got my visa changed to PBS Dependent - leave to remain which expires in march 2023.
Now I am eligible for ILR and filing the application. My questions are below -

1) Am I supposed to fill Set O form?
2) Set O form ask for details of Tier 2 general visa which my husband got before his ILR. he has left his previous employer. is that ok to give there Sponsor license details etc and his old visa details?
3)There is a question in the form 'When did you first enter the UK?'. I entered the UK in 2015 on my tier 2 dependent. But i have travelled to UK first time in 2010 on Business visa for 2 months. what date should I mention for this question?
4) There are two questions as below in the form. can someone help me to understand what they mean. After 2015-I have been to India and other countries for holidays. but I havent travelled out of UK after 11 jan 2018. what do I need to answer for below please?
4.1-Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
4.2-Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?

your help on this will be greatly appreciated
Regards
Reet

1. Yes, form SET O.

2. You have to give his last tier 2 sponsor details. It is irrelevant to your aplicaironnif he has left the tier 2 sponsor employment.

3. 2015.

4. You answer YES to 4.1 if you have a visa granted after 11 January 2018, which you have. 4.2 is NO if you have no absence since your last visa extension I'm 2020.

Hi
Can I please ask if priority service (decision within 5 working days) for PBS dependent ILR SET(O) form is available or suspended due to Covid?
when I go to payment page it doesnt ask me options to select. Just show me the regular processing fee.

Thanks
Gurpreet

Are you checking at 9am? Others have had success when they check at 1am when new slots are released. I imagine all would be gone by 9am.
