not sure about our addresses

I'm going to submit my ILR(SET M) next week and I'm just a bit confused regarding what documents to prepare and upload.

We've always lived between two places at the same time, one self-owned and one rental residence. So, in the 2. Application - Addresses with partner - I've put down our home address and 2 rental addresses in the past 2.5 yrs (including the one we are at now). But when I got to 3. Finance - Do you own or rent your home? Should I put down the place we own or where we are renting? I presume I should put down our own house, cause that is our main address, where important documents and letters are sent to, is that correct?

If so, then do I ONLY need to uploaded related documents for our home address, such as proof of ownership, council tax bills and mortgage details. Or do I also need to upload my AST and bills to my current rental address as well?

A big thanks to all for reading and responding to my questions. :)

It does not matter which on you choose. That question is not important at all

3 Part Family Consent for ILR SET (M) not needed?

Hi all,

I've just submitted my online application today and I was only asked to download and sign the Declaration for spouses, civil partners, proposed civil partners, fiancé(e)s, and unmarried partners.

I remember when submitting my FLR SET (M), I was asked to download and sign the spouse declaration + the 3 Part Family Consent by the system.

We applied under Category G (specified limited company in the UK, with docs for both my husband and I) last time. But we applied under Category D this time, using only my husband's savings. Could this be why I wasn't asked to sign the 3 Part Family Consent?

I would just like to ask if the Family Consent is not relevant this time, or did the system miss it?

Thank you very much
