Dear all, I am not sure if I am posting my question under the right Category of this forum.

I am currently on tier 1 visa. My 10 years route to ILR and tier 1 route are ending together. But I am going for 10 years route as I can take super priority service for 10 year route. My question is below;

I had a CCJ for non payment of Parking charge notice which was set aside and I received a certificate of cancellation or satisfaction from the court last year.

Secondly I received overspending ticket in 2015 and I was given an option to pay the fine or take the seed awareness course. I took the speed awareness course and no points were imposed on my driving licence.

I am declaring both, the CCJ matter and Speeding ticket in my ILR application. I am mentioning both in my application. I am quite worried about what impact these will have on my ILR application.

CCJ or a speed awareness course has no effect on ILR. ONLY convictions recovered on your criminal record will affect ILR

You do not need to declare either of them

And do we need to submit personal bank statements and payslips with the application if we are on tier 1 visa?

Not required for ilr under 10 years long residence

Hello everyone,

By the grace of God I got my ILR.
I mentioned my speed awareness course and CCJ (set aside) in my application.
I managed to secure super priority appointment. I kept refreshing service page and for few day and then Super priority option appeared for me on Sunday at 12am.
