ILR 10 year residence, am I eligible?

Hello, could someone please check if I am eligible to apply for ILR in December 2023 on the basis of 10 year long residence, given details below.

ICT T-2 dependent visa
Visa granted: 12/11/2013 - 1/12/2016
entered UK 13/1/2014

ICT T-2 dependent extension Application date: Nov 2016
Visa granted: 11/1/2017 - 25/11/2018

Tier 4 application date: 15/11/2018
Visa granted: 14/12/2018 - 30/10/2020

Tier 2 dependent application date: 30/9/2020
Visa granted: 16/11/2020 - 31/12/2024

Yes, assuming you had absences of 540 days or less in the last ten years.

Thank you, yes the absence is less than 540 days.
Also could you please confirm if the start date of residence is date on which you entered UK or date when you were granted the permission (visa)

Since the first visa start date is 12/11/2013 but I entered 2 months after the visa was granted. So unsure if I can apply in Oct 2023 or it’s Dec 2023.

For Long Residence ILR, it is the date of arrival in the UK that counts.
