Some questions about ILR application

Hello everyone,

I'm completing my ILR, 5 year route application. Just a couple of questions:

1. The application asks to submit all passport that have been used to enter the UK. I have lost my earliest passport. However this is before the period that I used as basis for my application. I still have all the passport for the relevant period. Do I need to explain this in the application or is it not really needed?

2. I really need to use priority service, and have read that it is not always available. Once completing the application, if the priority service is not available at that moment, is there option to go back or cancel submission, so that I can check on the next day to see if it becomes available again?

Thanks for your help.

1. Only provide passports covering your qualifying period
2. You can save your application and come back to it later

Thank you!

Just one more question please. The application asks to provide evidence of cohabitation between me and my dependent spouse. I will be council tax bill as proof. However it is a bit confusing whether they ask for 2-year's worth of documents, or the whole 5 years qualifying period. Could you please help clarify?

Thank you!

And for required documents, "Evidence of [my name]'s immigration status in the UK", would the biometric resident permit be enough? I'm a little confused because they have asked for biometric resident permit separately.
