ILR response delay?

My spouse and I have applied for ILR Set (0) from a Tier 2 visa and I’m concerned about the time it’s taking for a response as I’ve paid for 5 day priority service.
Application submitted: 8 August 2022
Biometric appointment and docs submitted: 15 August 2022
I assumed the HO would respond within 5 days. And it seems most who have posted their timelines on this board generally receive a response within 5 to 7 day. Do delays, such as mine occur with no notification? Should I do anything or just be patient?
