Hey folks,

I got an email following my priority application as follows;

“Thank you for your application for permission to stay in the UK.

Although we would normally decide your application within five working days from the date it was submitted, unfortunately this is not going to be possible in your case.

This is because you are required to provide further evidence.

Please provide: Evidence that XXX has passed the Life in the UK test.

Please also provide: an updated employers letter for XXX”

There’s is no information on how I should reply in the email. I received the email from

‘home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk‘

and when you try to reply, it redirect to

‘atlasnotifications.notmonitored@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk‘

Anyone knows how I can provide the requested documents?

Happy to inform that I have just received the 'application successful' message from Home Office!
So the conclusion is that we have to reply to the same email - even though it says 'notmonitored' in the email id.

Thanks. I’ve done exactly that. Fingers crossed. Hope I get a response soon.
