ILR eligibility check from Tier 2

I know a lot of lawyers and experts reply here please help me with the situation stated below to check ILR eligibility.
**Tier 2 Visa approved for 3 years form January 2018-Jan 2021 - (May 2020 sponsor licence removed and unemployed till December 2020- no Curtailment letter received.)**
Skill worker visa from Jan 2021- Jan 2024 which is January 2023 is gonna be 5 years fulfilment under Tier 2 Visa.
Am i eligible to apply for ILR. is there gonna be any issue regarding my stay for unemployment 7 months where my Previous sponsor license revoked.
