Hello,
My current visa ends 15 May 23. I will be applying SET(M) during the next few weeks before 15 May. However the UKVCAS appointment is not available before June. In my case, would I be covered by Section 3C leave if before the curent visa expires I submit and paid for (online) the SET(M) application, but haven't yet reached my UKVCAS appointment date in mid June?
Thank you

Yes - date of the application is when you submit and pay online.

If you submit an intime application I.e. before expiry of current leave you continue to have same rights till decision is made on the application.
Does not matter that your UKVCAS appointment is after expiry of current leave just ensure SET M is applied before 15 May 23.
