Hi All,

This is a query regarding ILR application as a partner (dependant on a work visa).

My wife received her ILR in 12/2022 through a 10 year route. She was in Skilled worker visa category before this. As her skilled worker dependent (still valid), I have completer 5 years in the UK. From what I understand, I can apply for ILR based on this: "as a dependant on your partner’s work visa even if they settled in a different way. For example because they had been in the UK for 10 years (‘long residence’)." (https://www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to- ... -work-visa).

This page takes me to SET(O). I have a couple of questions in this regard:
1. My wife's current immigration status (has been granted or applied) - there is no option to choose "settlement". I guess I choose "Skilled worker visa" as my application is based on my skilled worker dependent status?
2. In the next page, it asks from the BRP no and the sponsor license no - do I write my wife's old BRP no i.e., the one she got with her skilled worker visa application?

Thank you very much for the help!

You can get ILR under the skilled worker rules: indefinite-leave-to-remain/queries-abou ... l#p2111884

1. That will be her previous status, Skilled worker
2. Yes, all related to her previous status
