Hi,
I am eligible to apply for 5 yr skilled worker ILR. My stamp on passport states 21/06/2018. But my entry date to the UK was on 24/05/2018. Do I go back 28 days from the stamp date or from date of entry? Please advise.

Use the first visa issue date. The date of entry is irrelevant

This confuses a bit.
For Skilled Worker visa you use date visa was issued.
Those on spouse visa that use date of entry into UK.

Different rules and guidances.
Skilled workers and Dependants - date of Entry clearance, provided entry is within six months, under the
continuous residence Guidance. They treat the period between the grant of entry clearance and the date of arrival as a period of lawful residence but it’s also counted as an absence for the purposes of total absences.
Spouse visa under Appendix FM - entry date, as they are not covered under the above Guidance.
