Long Residence ILR and dependents question

Hi - I currently on tier 2 general visa and am eligible for applying for long stay ILR now and have completed 10 years continuous stay in UK. However, my dependents who are currently on my tier 2 general dependent visa are completing ILR criteria of 10 years stay in next two months. Can I apply for ILR now of my own ( due to some urgency) and do there applciation separately after two months or they have to switch to my dependent visa immediately as I’ll be moving from Tier 2 general to ILR long stay

They do not need to switch at all. Under long residence, each applicant must apply on their own and qualify on their own
