How to Link spouse and kids PBS dependent (skilled worker ) BRP renewal to my ILR Set(O)application

I am applying for ILR Set(O) (skilled worker, Tier-2 route). At the same time my wife and kids are applying for renewal of BRP as Skilled worker (Tier-2) dependent. How to Link spouse and kids PBS dependent (skilled worker, Tier-2 ) BRP renewal to my ILR Set(O)application?

You can't link them in form SET O.
Write a cover note.

Many thanks for the reply. Again even in the new PBS dependent (skilled worker, Tier-2 ) BRP renewal application of my Spouse and Kids there seems to be no clear way to point to my ILR Set(O) application.
Should we also write a clear cover letter to point to my ILR application?
