Wife on Dependant visa and I need to apply for ILR

Hello,
I entered UK in September 2018 and will be applying for Ilr in August, my wife entered UK in 2019 January but her Visa is expering in September 2018 as they gave visa till mine. Can she still apply for Ilr?

Presumably you mean 2023??
Can she still apply for Ilr?
What was the initial visa issue date of her visa??
Skilled Worker and dependents qualifying period starts from initial visa ISSUE date and NOT the date of entry to the UK.

Her Visa issue date is 19-12-2018

She can apply within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of her initial visa issue date.

OK, it means she will need to renew another form of visa /visa extension till that time anyway?

Yes, she needs to extend for another 3 years
