ILR application, one document dated a day after online application submission.

Hi

I have just submitted my wife’s ILR application online yesterday 16th July 2023 and about to upload documents before attending the UKVCAS appointment.

All my documents are within the 28 day rule however, there’s one final document I received today which is housing confirmation letter from the council dated today 17th July 2023.

Would this be an issue as this is a day after my submission?

You don't need a housing confirmation letter for ilr.

As it is council owned and my mother is the tenant just a tenancy agreement is enough?
